Masterfully Crafted in Japan

at Masda Golf

We believe that a golf club is more than just equipment—it is a finely crafted instrument that embodies the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship. Since our founding in 2004, we have dedicated ourselves to the art of clubmaking, ensuring that each piece is designed and built with precision, integrity, and a deep respect for tradition. Our philosophy is not about mass production, but about perfecting every detail, delivering clubs that seamlessly synchronize with the golfer’s skill and feel.

Iron

The Masda Blade Iron

The Masda Blade Iron is forged in Japan from J.I.S S20C carbon steel and finished by hand at the Masda Golf Factory in Chiba, Japan. Each iron is shaped with attention to detail, focusing on precise lines, consistent weight distribution, and a clean overall profile. The compact shape, thin topline, and no offset create a look preferred by players who want a traditional, no-nonsense design at address.

Every step of the grinding and polishing process is handled in-house, ensuring smooth transitions between surfaces and a uniform shape from club to club. Yuji Masuda-San personally inspects each piece, checking the flow of the sole, leading edge, and top line to maintain a high level of consistency.

Wedge

The Masda Wedge

The Masda Wedge is the embodiment of Japanese precision craftsmanship, forged from J.I.S S20C and meticulously shaped by hand at the Masda Golf Factory in Chiba, Japan.

Every grind, groove, and edge is carefully refined to optimize turf interaction, spin control, and versatility, ensuring a seamless experience from tight lies to deep rough. Each head undergoes an extensive grinding and polishing process, where master craftsman Yuji Masuda-San personally inspects every detail for absolute consistency and perfection.

The clubhead features a unique arakenma grain texture with black boron finish, delivering a buttery-soft feel at impact while maintaining the durability required for performance under all conditions. The precision-milled grooves, engineered to maximize spin and trajectory control, allow players to execute highly repeatable short-game shots with confidence.

Each Masda Wedge is made to order, ensuring an uncompromising level of quality and refinement. Due to the demand for this level of craftsmanship, production requires approximately two months, with additional lead time for custom specifications.

Putter

The Masda Putter

Precision Milled in Japan

The Masda Putter is crafted from a solid block of J.I.S SUS303 stainless steel using state-of-the-art CNC milling technology. Designed and shaped at the Masda Golf Factory in Chiba, Japan, every contour and edge is formed with a focus on balance, feel, and performance.

Each head undergoes a milling and hand-finishing process, where master craftsman Yuji Masuda-San inspects every putter to ensure consistency in shape, weight, and surface refinement. The precision-milled face pattern is designed for controlled roll, clean feedback, and a soft touch, helping players manage speed and accuracy on the greens.

The putter features a hand-applied smoked copper finish, created by skilled artisans in Japan. This finish enhances both aesthetics and feel, while naturally aging over time to develop a unique patina.

Each Masda Putter is made to order, with production requiring approximately two months, plus additional lead time for custom specifications.
